The Leading Walk-In Emergency Room in El Paso, TX

I was there because I hurt my back moving a sofa at home my pain was horrible,my husband was out of town at the time but he was on his way home and said he had received very good comments about this emergency room so when he got here he took me immediately and since I arrived there was no waiting time I think I was only in the front desk for like 3mn when they called my name the nurses were extremely caring you don't normally find that in an ER so I was happy the attention they have is wonderful I definitely recommend them if you have a emergency this is the place to go you will not regret it,unfortunately my husband and I have had the experience of being to other ER'S but this one is by far the best one we've been to. Thank you El Paso Emergency Room East to all your staff you guys are wonderful.

Can’t say enough about the care my elderly uncle received this morning at this facility. Dr. Bryan went beyond what most doctors would have done. Not only did he attend to all his needs but he called me all the way to California, where I reside, to obtain information and give me feedback on my uncle’s situation. He was kind, highly considerate and concerned about my uncle’s wellbeing. Dr. Bryan is extremely professional and genuinely thoughtful. He is truly one of a kind. His staff, Blanca being one of them, were also beyond kind and made my uncle feel comfortable while he waited for his ride. Like I said previously, I just can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Bryan and his staff. From the bottom of my heart, thank you all and God bless you!

Brought my family member to this Freestanding Emergency Room. Registration was very friendly and professional. Seemed like it was empty, but in the back, every room was closed, and they were busy. However, we were taken back fairly fast compared to a conventional Emergency Room at the hospital where it can take up to 6 hrs. if it's not a true emergency. Dr. Patel was very sweet and explained everything carefully. Nurse Yami was amazing, Kristel and Mando were also incredible. They were all very professional and it made for a pleasant experience.

Dr Patel and all the staff was great! I was blown away of their excellent patient care I have never been treated so good at an emergency room despite me getting a ultrasound and blood work the wait time was not long at all would definitely recommend!

I want to express my appreciation to the staff and doctors for taking care of me and listening to my concerns. I don’t understand why this place isn’t a hospital but they treat their patients with more respect than most hospitals do. I appreciate the help. I never got the nurses name but she’s a very good nurse extremely respectful and extremely knowledgeable. She made sure I wasn’t gonna get hurt after I told her I feared needles, she was real quick and left no marks on me when taking everything off. I want to express my gratitude to them mainly because they really did take care of me properly.

Great service. Verified with my health insurance that they were part of the network before going to the El Paso Emergency Room East. We got in at 5 am and left at 7 am after lab work, IV for fluids, pain and antiviral and CT Scan. Staff was very professional and courteous, and facility was very clean. Thank you!!
